AlexAlexandra Morgan Carrasco is an American professional soccer player who is a striker and captains for San Diego Wave FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) which is the most prestigious level of women's professional soccer in the United States, and the United States women's national soccer team.She co-captained the United States women's national soccer team alongside Carli Lloyd and Megan Rapinoe from the year 2018 until 2020. After being named U.S. Soccer Female Player of the year, Morgan was also an FIFA World Player of the Award finalist. Morgan played a role in helping to help the United States win the title at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cups. Morgan was named to the Dream Team in both tournaments. In 2019, Morgan won the Silver Boot.
