Personal highlights for her so to date, including being selected by Snoop Dogg to accompany him in the stage at the YouTube Brandcast in May 2013 Niykee has kept up a steady songwriting routine despite the hectic the past few years. At present, she is a magnet to aspiring producers, she regularly combs through beats sent her way and finds that many result in sparking ideas for songs. It's difficult to escape the painful memories of my youth, especially losing my younger sister. They end up being incorporated in her music. The memories influence my songs and creates a deeper understanding behind all things that's an important thing for me. I want to be able to say that I'll be able to listen to any one of my songs 20 years from now and still be proud of what I wrote.
