Sharp is a Rochester area native who studied clarinet at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp also played piano as well as cello. Sharp's passion for theatre during her high school years was what led her to the Boston Conservatory, where she was given an award. The Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp following her graduation. in the Conservatory, Sharp set her goals for the stage. Sharp performed in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. She also played eight characters in the interactive comedic Eat the Runt. Sharp's other theatrical appearances include Abyssinia and Aida. Alongside her performances on the screen and stage, Sharp has several other creative projects that she's co-written or written. In addition to singing, Sharp is developing an album. Sharp enjoys exercise. She keeps herself fit through boxing, studying Krav Maga, and taking long roadtrips. Sharp resides with her spouse and two children in Los Angeles.
