Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue her studies. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. In October 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving into working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. One way to achieve this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
